Product Details

 Company:  Net Debt, LLC

How it Works:  Once you enroll in the program, a legal service agreement will be sent to you, once you sign it Net Debt refers you to a law office specializing in debt negotiation.  Then  you are instructed to deposit your monthly bill payments into a trust account rather than send them to your creditors.  When you accumulate enough funds, the attorneys will start negotiating your settlements.

Price::  15% of the total debts you include in the program plus a monthly service fee.  These fees are included in your montly payments.

Refund Policy:  Not disclosed on website.

Conclusion::  Net Debt's website does not offer much detailed information  about the company and about the process so  you will need to fiil out their online form to get more information.   It seems their website features a no-frills, straight to the point web site that focuses on simplifying the process so you can quickly find out if you qualify for a debt negotiation program by completing their online form.  This is a new company and has been in business for 2 years.  Perhaps that explains the lack of user feedback and unknown BBB status.

Debt Net is not acredited by the Better Business Bureau, but this fact does not belittle or undervalue the company,  it only means that the company is not a BBB member.   Nevertheless, it is stronlgly advisable to thoroughly research any company you intent to do business with, before signing any agreement.
